Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Zio Advertising website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

Zio Advertising provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, search engine optimization (SEO), and web development. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms as required
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. Zio Advertising retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials used in service delivery.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business data, and strategies. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Zio Advertising provides services on an as-is basis. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and we will provide a reasonable transition period for account access and deliverables.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
