Giuseppe Gaspari is a REALTOR with Real Brokerage serving the entire Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. His challenge was common among real estate agents: he needed a professional online presence that could compete with large brokerages and established agents across multiple cities. Rather than just one generic real estate website, he needed to rank organically in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon, Summerland, and Penticton. Without dedicated location pages, his site would never appear in local searches like 'realtor in Lake Country' or 'Peachland homes for sale.' We designed and built a complete Next.js 16 website from the ground up with a location-first SEO strategy.
